These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Zered, Inc. storefront and related quotation, account, and ordering services. By using the storefront, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Professional Products and Safe Use
Zered supplies tools and products for professional and industrial applications. You are responsible for selecting a product suitable for the material, machine, speed, mounting system, environment, and intended use; inspecting it before use; following the product and equipment instructions; using required guards and personal protective equipment; and complying with applicable safety rules. Never exceed a tool or machine rating.
Catalog Information
We work to keep descriptions, images, dimensions, compatibility information, and availability accurate. Specifications, packaging, country of origin, color, and manufacturer details may change. Images may not show exact scale or color. Contact Zered when a specification is critical to fit, safety, or production.
Quote Requests Are Not Orders
Adding products to a quote list or submitting a quote request is an invitation for Zered to review your requirements. It is not an acceptance, sale, reservation of inventory, or promise to supply, and it does not authorize payment. Zered may request more information before issuing a quotation.
Quotations and Order Acceptance
A quotation may confirm price, quantity, availability, lead time, shipping, taxes, payment terms, expiration, and additional product-specific conditions. The quotation controls if it conflicts with general storefront content. An order exists only after the quotation is accepted through an approved process and Zered confirms acceptance. We may correct errors, limit quantities, withdraw a quotation, or decline a transaction before acceptance.
Payment, Taxes, and Credit
Payment method and timing are stated on the accepted quotation or invoice. You represent that submitted billing, tax, purchase-order, and payment information is accurate and authorized. Approved credit terms remain subject to credit review and may be suspended or changed. The customer is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, brokerage, and government charges unless valid documentation or the transaction terms state otherwise.
Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
Shipping method, cost, lead time, delivery requirements, and risk allocation may be stated on the quotation or invoice. Carrier dates are estimates unless Zered expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Accounts and Acceptable Use
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not misuse the storefront, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security, submit unlawful or deceptive content, scrape it in a manner that burdens the service, impersonate another person or company, or use the service in violation of law.
Intellectual Property and Submitted Material
The storefront, Zered marks, text, graphics, photographs, data, and software are owned by Zered or their respective licensors and protected by applicable law. You may use storefront materials only for evaluating and purchasing Zered products. You confirm that application details, reviews, photographs, or other material you submit are accurate, lawful, and yours to share. You permit Zered to use submitted material as needed to answer, quote, fulfill, support, or document your request.
Warranties and Remedies
Product warranties, if any, are those stated in the quotation, product documentation, or manufacturer warranty. To the extent allowed by law, other warranties are disclaimed. Products damaged by misuse, incorrect fitment, improper speed, modification, normal wear, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions may not qualify for warranty or return. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zered is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost production, profit, data, or business opportunity, arising from the storefront or a product. Zered's aggregate liability for a product or transaction will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Third-Party Services
Links, carriers, payment services, manufacturer resources, and other third-party services are operated by their respective providers. Zered is not responsible for their independent content, availability, or practices.
Changes, Governing Law, and Contact
We may update the storefront and these terms. The date above identifies the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply.
