Zered, Inc. ("Zered," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of customers, prospective customers, and visitors who use our storefront and related services. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information You Provide
We collect information you submit when you request a quotation, create or use an account, contact support, subscribe to communications, or complete a purchase after accepting a quotation. Depending on the interaction, this can include:

- Billing, shipping, receiving, and jobsite information
- Products, quantities, application details, quotations, orders, returns, and communications
- Tax, credit, purchase-order, or payment information needed for an approved transaction

Information Collected Through the Storefront
Our systems may record browser and device information, IP address, pages and products viewed, referring pages, session activity, cart or quote-list activity, security events, cookie identifiers, and approximate location derived from network information. We use this data to operate the storefront, remember choices, understand performance, prevent abuse, and improve service.
How We Use Information
- Prepare quotations and process accepted orders, delivery, returns, credits, and account requests

Service Providers and Other Disclosures
We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate the business, follow your instructions, or comply with law. Recipients may include hosting and technology providers, email providers, analytics and security services, payment processors, carriers and freight providers, professional advisers, manufacturers or suppliers helping resolve a product issue, and government or legal authorities when required. A successor may receive relevant information as part of a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of the business.
Payments
A quote request does not require payment. When card payment is available for an accepted transaction, card details are submitted to the payment processor through its secure payment flow. Zered receives transaction and authorization records needed to manage the order; the storefront is not designed to store a complete card number.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar storage for essential functions such as sessions, security, account access, and quote-list continuity. Depending on services enabled, we may also use them for measurement, performance, and marketing. Browser settings can limit cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent account or quote functions from working.
Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for quotations, orders, support, warranty, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by record type. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information, but no network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices
You may update available account information, unsubscribe through a marketing email, or contact us to request access to or correction or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify the request, and we may retain records required for transactions, security, legal obligations, or legitimate business purposes.
Children and External Services
The storefront is intended for business and adult users and is not directed to children under 18. Our pages may link to services operated by others; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
